Join the Garfield Park Community Council and learn about Illinois Solar for All, a state program designed to make solar energy more accessible to low-income and environmental justice communities in Illinois. The program provides incentives and funding to help residents, nonprofits, and public facilities adopt solar energy with little or no upfront costs.
